A Video Update from Daniel: Happy Employee Appreciation Day

On Employee Appreciation Day, I want to take a moment to say what I hope you feel year-round — your contributions are valued, and they make a difference every single day.

This past year has been one to be proud of, and that's because of you. The energy, dedication, and care you bring to supporting our customers and each other is what sets ABB apart — and it's what I'm most proud of when I think about this team.

• 2/16/26: At this year's National Sales Meeting in Dallas, we came together around a powerful theme: Independence Unleashed.But independence doesn't mean going it alone. It means having the freedom to succeed because you're backed by a team that believes in you every single day. • 11/5/25: I just returned from an outstanding CE event on Artificial Intelligence & Eye Care, hosted by our vendor partner, Shamir, and industry leader Eugene Shatsman, and I'm energized by what I learned. The event focused on practical A.I. tools and strategies that are working right now in eye care practices to drive patient retention, increase revenue, and optimize workflows.
