Introducing Calm Health

Calm Health is a new and upgraded version of Calm that will help you better understand the relationship between your mental and physical health. The app will provide you with personalized plans based on your goals, conditions, and interests, and the ability to track changes and progress over time. The recommended plans feature evidence-based programs developed by psychologists who are experts in their field and narrated by the trusted voices of Calm.

How to sign up:

1. Download the Calm Health app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
   Please ensure that you download Calm Health instead of Calm.
2. Log in with your existing Calm account or create a new Calm account.
   Please note that your existing Calm credentials will work in Calm Health.
3. Enter abboptical as your access code.
4. Verify your eligibility by entering your work email address or the email address that ABB Optical has on file for you.
5. Once you’ve signed up, invite up to 5 family members and friends by following these steps!
6. Your access to Calm will end on July 1, 2025, and you must be fully transitioned to Calm Health by that point.

Managers: Don’t forget to complete your own self-reflection under the ‘My Development’ tab > ‘Journeys’ dashboard in addition to documenting feedback for your team under ‘Teams & People’.

Reminder: This process does not currently apply to non-exempt staff in our labs, distribution centers, or specialty lab locations.

Quick How-To Recap:

• Everyone (Including Managers): Use the ‘My Development’ tab > ‘Journeys’ dashboard to track your reflections throughout Q2.
• Managers: Use the ‘Teams & People’ tab to log feedback and plan check-ins with your team.
• Your entries save automatically—just don’t hit ‘Submit’ until the end of the quarter.

• Internal SIB Site: Our internal SIB site is the primary platform for discovering internal job opportunities within our organization. By visiting the SIB site, you can explore a wide range of exciting roles across different departments and locations.
